The spirits of your loved ones have all the power. It is not possible for me to summons your departed loved ones and there are no phones in heaven.
I can only "communicate" with those spirits who come to you.
I can "see" (clairvoyance), "hear" (clairaudience) "feel" (clairsentience) the spirits who are around you wishing to communicate with you.
But they often communicate with symbols which can be difficult to interpret.
They could possibly be clutching at their chest – this could mean they passed from a heart attack or they want to acknowledge a treasured necklace that has been passed down to you.
All I can do is pass on what I "see" and "hear" and hopefully it makes sense to you, even if not to me.
Their personality doesn't change, so if they were very quiet and reserved in life, it can be hard to get them to speak now.
Or if they were the family joker, very outgoing and talkative they are much easier to communicate with.
Some who thought this was all nonsense in life are a little reticent about stepping forward even when they would like to.
Almost without exception they want you to know they are very happy, healed of any illness they may have had, or trauma from an accident.
Sometimes they want to apologise for hurt caused during their lifetime or just to let you know it's okay you weren't there at the end.
